Position Summary
The Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) will provide clinical services to clients in need of mental health treatment. The LISW will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and provide individual and group counseling to clients as well as assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans. The LISW will also maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and communicate regularly with interdisciplinary team members.
This position does require evenings, weekends, holidays and on call time.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to work inside a clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated laboratory. While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be exposed to some hazards such as radiation, bodily fluids that may contain disease, and fumes from laboratory chemicals.
Compensation details: 60000-80000 Yearly Salary
