Job Description

As a Spa Attendant (for the Mens Locker Room) the organizational support you provide to the Spa team will ensure our Willow Stream Spa is operating efficiently to safety standard and uncompromising attention to our Guests. 

Hourly Rate: $21.84

What you will be doing:

• Provide timely personalized friendly and efficient service to our discerning guests.
• Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our spa exceeds expectations.
• Report deficiencies of any equipment.
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required.
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
• Maintain locker rooms and fitness center in a tidy manner.
• Check and clean lockers when needed.
• Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
• Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
• Direct Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
• Assist Guests with use of lounge facilities (Ex: experience showers heated bench etc).
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines.
• Ensure stocking of al spa amenities and toiletries.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience spa or hospitality is an asset.
• Must be able to speak read write and understand the English language.
• Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority both internally and externally.

Licenses or Certificates          

• TB clearance
• CPR/First Aid is an asset
