Currently, we’re in need of a Special Education Teacher to work in a school located in Round Lake, Illinois.
Schools Special Education Teacher Contract Details:
- $44.50 - $48.00 an hour
- 2024-2025 School Year
- Hours per week: Full-time. Monday-Friday school schedule
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 5/27/2025
- Location: In-person
- Assignment Details: Self-contained elementary classroom for students that need behavioral and academic support. There are 6 students in the classroom. The school bell times are 8:15am-3:00pm
- Multicategorical/Crosscategorical, intellectual, learning, and/or emotional disability special education certifications may be accepted
Possible program/caseload info:
- Special education teachers needed in early childhood, elementary, middle, high, and alternative schools throughout the district
- Could be a combination of co-teach and pull-out services
- Could be low incidence/autism self-contained classroom
- Could be a behavior support specialist
