Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Harris County, TX for the 2025-2026 school year to provide speech and language therapies for students of all ages.
Position Details:
- Location: In-person
- Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, in person (no virtual)
- Grade Levels: multiple openings include - PreK, 5th and 6th
- Start Date: August 11, 2025
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
- Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Texas.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
