Cadence Clubhouse in Monroeville, PA is looking for one Operations Manager to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 1 Racquet Ln. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed ensuring top quality and clean facilities, overseeing maintenance department.
• Ensure business quality standards are met and exceptional guest experience.
• Develop and implement best practices and procedures
• Support Membership Sales Team
• Support birthday and event sales teams, partner relations, and customer experience
• Support both Monroeville Sports Facilities as directed, including All American Field House and Pro Sports

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Exceptional written communication skills
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
• Ability to work as part of a team, with strong intrinsic work ethic and motivation

Will work primarily EVENINGS and WEEKEND shifts.
