Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Workday Analyst to join our client’s HRIS team. The Workday Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing and supporting the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, exceptional analytical skills and a passion for streamlining processes to enhance the employee experience.

Sr. Workday Analyst Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support for end-users across the organization
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance within the Workday system
Configure and maintain Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management and Time Tracking
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights into HR data and trends
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency
Provide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices and new features
Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements

Sr. Workday Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
Experience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar HRIS role
Strong expertise in Workday HCM administration, including configuration, security and report development
Experience with Workday integrations and data management
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Workday Certified Professional designation preferred
Project management experience
