Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety, and high standards of care for residents and staff. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to maintain an effective and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor activities of staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and Title 22 regulations.
  • Oversee resident care, safety, and progress, including crisis intervention and behavioral support.
  • Coordinate medical, dental, and educational appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct facility inspections, address maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and purchasing for supplies and food.
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current STRTP Administrator’s License (required).
  • Proven experience in facility management, administration, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Title 22 regulations and group home operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and report preparation.
