Position Title: Studio Manager

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Salary: $80,000

About the Role:

As the Studio Manager, you'll lead and oversee all aspects of our studio, including both piercing services and earring sales. Your role will involve managing a team of Managers, Sales Associates, and Piercers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve revenue goals. You’ll ensure smooth operations, drive sales, and support a positive and collaborative work environment. This position reports to the West Coast Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall studio performance and drive revenue growth
• Set clear expectations and sales targets for the team
• Provide outstanding customer service, educating guests on our offerings
• Implement service recovery practices and handle guest feedback
• Manage scheduling and payroll accuracy
• Oversee studio operations, ensuring safety and compliance
• Lead team recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
• Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and trust

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or service-based environments
• Ability to lead a team of 7+ employees
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage change
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Must be able to handle chemicals safely
• Available for 40 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends
