About Our Generation SpeaksOur Generation Speaks (OGS) is the first and largest Israeli-Palestinian entrepreneurship program, bringing together the next generation of leaders from both communities. The mission of OGS is to create an entrepreneurial community of leaders committed to shaping a peaceful Israeli-Palestinian future built on trust. OGS was founded at Brandeis University in 2014, with its first cohort of entrepreneurial fellows in 2016. In addition to Brandeis, OGS partners with MIT and MassChallenge, using entrepreneurship as a platform to foster collaboration and leadership through its Fellowship programs, startup funding, and alumni network programs.
Position OverviewOGS is seeking a Summer Fellowship Coordinator/Residential Advisor to support the successful delivery of our flagship fellowship program. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of our world-class programming, which includes business development, academic seminars, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
The Coordinator/RA will assist with various logistical and operational aspects of the program, including scheduling, event planning, and participant support. Additionally, as a live-in team member , the Coordinator/RA will foster a welcoming and supportive residential environment for the fellows, addressing their day-to-day needs and ensuring a positive group dynamic. This position requires evening, weekend, and overnight commitments and reports to the Fellowship Manager. Room and board is provided by OGS on the Brandeis campus.
