Description:

TBL Networks is looking for a motivated undergraduate to join our team for Summer 2025. As an intern, you’ll contribute to projects that make a difference, helping us improve how we serve our clients. You’ll get hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, learn from experienced team members, and explore new technologies in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Design and present data-driven insights through leading CRM and BI platforms
• Explore automation and AI methods to streamline operations and drive innovation
• Collaborate in an agile environment with industry-standard tools and practices
• Learn from and contribute alongside engineers, project managers, and team leads

What You’ll Learn:

• The foundations of IT service operations and their role in the delivery of IT services
• How to use data to uncover insights that inform decisions
• Agile principles and ceremonies used to drive continuous delivery
• Exposure to enterprise networking, security, and collaboration products and services

Qualifications:

• A current undergraduate graduating in Spring 2026 with plans to pursue full-time employment after graduation
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with both technology and people
• Experienced in contributing to team-based initiatives or projects
• Pursuing a degree in Analytics , Computer Science , Information Systems , or IT
• Excited to collaborate in-person at TBL Networks’ Richmond HQ in a learning-focused environment
