Job Summary:  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Old Town Scottsdale. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience post-college who is looking to build a career in supply chain and logistics within the e-commerce space. The successful candidate will support end-to-end logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure that Sleepyhead products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the flow of products from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Support inventory tracking and management to maintain optimal stock levels across all distribution channels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and freight partners to monitor shipments, resolve issues, and track delivery timelines.
• Work closely with the e-commerce and customer service teams to address order fulfillment issues.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports on supply chain metrics, such as shipping times, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
