In this role, you’ll connect with healthcare professionals, educate them on innovative medical products, and help improve lives in the operating room. What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to promote game-changing medical products.
• Create and execute a sales plan to hit your targets (and beyond!)
• Stay on top of product knowledge and training to become the go-to expert in your field.
• Provide hands-on support and training to medical teams on using and maintaining the products.
• Submit reports, track progress, and keep your Regional Manager in the loop.
• Travel as needed within your territory to make things happen!

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree (bonus points for sales experience in healthcare!)
• 1-3 years of proven sales success, preferably in hospitals or operating rooms.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
• A self-starter who thrives when working independently.
• Ability to maintain required certifications and health protocols.
