Role/Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory sustainability reporting and disclosure processes, orchestrating efforts across a wide variety of subject matter experts to collect data about the company’s actions; verifying report metrics; and collecting, editing and summarizing content.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Internal Audit and other functional areas to ensure high quality disclosures.
• Effectively work with teams of internal stakeholders, as well as outside partners and consultants, on sustainability reporting projects.
• Maintain performance dashboards, tools, databases, and other tracking mechanisms to evaluate, track, and report progress on various workstreams.
• Communicate the organization's sustainability reporting progress and performance to internal stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other communication channels.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions for sustainability data management and reporting, including data collection platforms and reporting software.
• Participate in materiality assessments and strategic planning.
• Support the tracking of reporting trends, best practices, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB) and familiarity with current and emerging regulatory sustainability reporting requirements (e.g. CSRD, ISSB, California, etc.)
• Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a collaborative and deadline-oriented environment
• Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to distill and communicate complex details and data into consumable insights
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant reporting-related software
• Solid collaborative skills to be able to work in a diverse organization
• Experience with continuous quality improvements to existing systems and processes
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university

Desired Qualifications

• A deep knowledge and understanding of sustainability reporting trends, drivers, standards, and frameworks
• Pharmaceutical industry or a related industry
• Consulting experience with Fortune 100 clients on sustainability reporting strategy
• An understanding of reporting regulations, such as CSRD
• Financial reporting experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $92,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $140,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
