We are currently seeking an experienced System Administrator who shares our passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to transforming lives.

Position Summary:

The on-site System Administrator will be responsible for all areas of the company’s computer systems and individual user needs. The responsibilities extend from day-to-day technical assistance to planning and maintaining the infrastructure. This position includes on call availability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build, install, manage and support servers, laptops and desktops
• Manage and support virtualization environments
• Manage and support backup environment
• Manage and support storage environment (SAN, NAS, DAS, iSCSI, etc.)
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, print services, users and scripts
• Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Office, Entra, Intune) Administration
• Some network management, including installing and maintaining routers, switches, wireless controllers, wireless access points and firewalls
• VPN support and administration
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external users & manage helpdesk tickets
• Replacement of PC/Laptop and transfer of files/documents/software
• Manage inventory / assets
• Generate highly detailed documentation
• Other technical duties as assigned

Education/Certifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent on the job experience & training preferred
• Relevant certifications or experience

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience in all areas identified in primary responsibilities preferred

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with, but not limited the following technologies:

• VMware
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• CentOS/AlmaLinux/RHEL
• Office 365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc…)
• VOIP
• VPN
• DHCP
• DNS
