Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their Recruiting Team in Franklin, IN for the next 3-4 months with the potential to convert to full-time. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across multiple locations.

What You will be doing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Manage job postings and candidate sourcing
• Screen and interview applicants
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding
• Partner with operations and HR to align on staffing needs
• Optimize sourcing channels and track recruitment metrics

What You will need as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• 1+ year of recruiting experience or HR, Sales, Account Management etc.
• Will consider new grads with part time jobs, internships etc.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems a plus.
