With offices across APAC, the US, and beyond, we help the world’s biggest brands connect with youth audiences through influencer marketing, social content, and always-on talent partnerships. Now, we’re expanding our presence in the US and looking for a powerhouse Talent Manager to join our Los Angeles team.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, connected, and creatively minded Talent Manager to join our growing team in LA. This person will manage and grow relationships with our creator roster, with a focus on beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle talent.

You’ll be the go-to person for unlocking opportunities for creators across brand deals, media appearances, fashion partnerships, press coverage, and long-term career planning. You know the difference between a one-off collab and building an iconic personal brand, and you know how to get there.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the careers of top-tier creators across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Source and negotiate brand partnerships across beauty, skincare, fashion, and lifestyle sectors
• Unlock new verticals for talent including traditional media, fashion collaborations, PR appearances, podcasting, and product development
• Work closely with agents, publicists, managers, and production teams to support full-circle creator growth
• Lead strategic career planning sessions with talent and deliver actionable roadmaps
• Maintain strong relationships with brand partners, PR agencies, casting agents, stylists, and key media outlets
• Keep creators informed, focused, and aligned with long-term career goals, not just short-term deals

What You Bring

• 3 to 5+ years experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or PR, with a focus on creators
• A deep understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and what makes creators stand out
• Experience working with fashion, beauty, or skincare brands and an understanding of the audiences that power them
• An existing network of US-based brand and media contacts
• A passion for spotting cultural trends and turning them into career-defining moments
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A strong balance of hustle, creative flair, and structured follow-through

Bonus Points For

• Experience working at a talent agency, PR firm, or entertainment company
• Familiarity with the LA entertainment, media, or fashion ecosystem
• A love for pop culture and emerging internet trends
