🔥 Position: Tax Manager - Director

This experienced Tax Manager - Director to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tax professional to lead and manage key client engagements while contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax and accounting assignments with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Review and file Individual and Business Tax Returns , ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Lead multiple, concurrent client engagements while maintaining attention to detail.
• Conduct tax research and provide effective solutions to clients and team members.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through training and career guidance.
• Deliver exceptional client service and proactively address client concerns.
• Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
• Leverage external relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive business growth.
• Stay current on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional tax experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent team and project management abilities .
• Extensive knowledge of tax legislation and compliance .
• Book of Business: A pre-existing book of business is a plus and offers the potential for higher earnings .
