Job Title: Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Expert Connections. In this role, you will focus on identifying uniquely skilled executive and engineering-level candidates while recruiting passive talent by effectively promoting our clients' opportunities. You will support our mission of connecting top-tier professionals with leading manufacturing companies in the automotive manufacturing and automation industries. Responsibilities:

• Qualify job order requirements with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of position needs.
• Develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates using Internet platforms, print media, and social networks.
• Source candidates through passive recruiting and networking efforts, proactively maintaining and expanding a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, suitability, and cultural fit.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, including phone and in-person meetings between clients and candidates.
• Counsel candidates on interview preparation and strategies, ensuring they are equipped for success.
• Manage the offer process between clients and candidates, including offer negotiation, start date coordination, and relocation assistance.
• Attend industry events to represent Expert Connections and build valuable relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical or agency settings
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in storytelling, professional written communication, and interpersonal interactions.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex processes and procedures within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and savvy with Internet tools, databases, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
