Metis Search are currently partnered with a leading Technology focused Investment Bank who are adding experienced Tech M&A Associates to their New York office.

We are looking to connect with applicants with the following credentials:

• 2+ years of Technology IB experience - Software experience preferred but not essential;
• M&A transaction experience from pitch to close (Minimum of 2 closed sell side deals);
• Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc;
• Comfortable speaking with C level executives;
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence;
• Transactional experience as part of small team - drafting CIMs, managing data room, buyer outreach, managing diligence process etc;
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa.
