CATEGORY: Acknowledgements JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. SUMMARY: In this role you will contribute to the mission of delivering precision and authenticity in remote notarizations. In other words, you will be facilitating accurate and legally binding acknowledgments in your own home office.

DAILY DUTIES:

Conduct at-home notarizations for acknowledgements, ensuring the authenticity of signatures. Verify the identities of individuals through secure video conferencing platforms. Administer oaths or affirmations as required. Provide clear explanations to clients about the importance and legal implications of notarized acknowledgments in a virtual environment. Keep meticulous records of notarized acknowledgments. Stay informed about state-specific regulations pertaining to remote notarizations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing acknowledgements, particularly in a telecommute capacity, is advantageous. Comprehensive knowledge of acknowledgement procedures and remote notarization laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for remote interactions. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and remote document management platforms. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
