Our Client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Showroom Coordinator & Receptionist to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities
• Answering all phone and email inquires.
• Completing shipping documents/ admin paperwork as needed.
• Managing receptionist desk and all aspects of reception operations.
• Ensure office supplies are available to staff and are being replenished in a timely manner and in keeping with budgets.
• Assisting in coordinating staff meetings or trainings.
• Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld.
• Perform administrative functions to support different business areas.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of office management/reception experience preferred.
• Understanding of fashion industry.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Strong problem solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
