Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): To provide language interpretation during online Zoom FAFSA appointments for students and parents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide language interpretation for UB students and parents during virtual Zoom FAFSA appointments.
• Review presentation materials prior to appointments so ensure accurate interpretation.

• Ability to establish rapport with students from diverse multicultural backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and complete duties as assigned on Zoom
• Ability to communicate proactively and accurately to students and parents
• Must be on time for assigned appointments
