Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in interaction or product design, particularly in technology-driven solutions, with a preference for experience in sales or SaaS environments.
Proven success in driving projects, including planning, scoping, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent design outcomes.
Strong proficiency in simplifying complex solutions into user-friendly designs.
Proficiency in prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with using design systems such as Salesforce Lightning.
