Ultra Luxury Service Advisor – Automotive
Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati, and Rolls-Royce Nashville is seeking an Ultra Luxury Service Advisor to join our elite team
This is not an entry level position. We are looking for a polished professional with extensive experience in luxury service advising. In this role, you must be highly organized, detail focused, and confident in managing the needs of high net worth and celebrity clientele.
Discretion, professionalism, and poise are not just expected. They are required at all times. You represent the Bentley brand both in and out of the dealership. This is a career for someone who understands that excellence in service is more than a job. It is a lifestyle.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Managing a team of skilled technicians
• Advising clients on repairs and identifying opportunities for premium services
• Overseeing a personal fleet of luxury rental vehicles
• Maintaining a deep understanding of scheduling and time management
• Executing every task with extreme attention to detail
• Ensuring the service area is always immaculate and client ready
• Adhering to strict punctuality standards
• Maintaining a professional appearance in proper business attire
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Some weekends may be required based on client needs, primarily for vehicle pickups and drop offs. Full weekend shifts are not standard for this position.
