Job Summary: Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Used Car Sales Associate in our Toledo, Ohio dealership. This full-time, commission-only position offers the opportunity to work in the exciting and fast-paced auto industry, while providing a highly competitive compensation package. Compensation & Benefits: As a Used Car Sales Associate at Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge, you will have the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year through your commission on sales. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:

Prospect leads and approach potential customers to generate new business
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our used car inventory
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions, including vehicle financing and warranties
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
Meet monthly sales targets and goals set by management
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in commission-oriented sales role, preferably in the auto industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
