Job Description
Summary: We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer to help drive the vision, definition and design of Fire TV experiences across devices. You will invent and deliver throughout the strategy, design, and development lifecycle to build customer-focused solutions at scale. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment.
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end process, from problem definition to delivery.
- Use business requirements, user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases and high-level requirements to shape product strategy.
- Work with partners to identify key jobs to be done.
- Design the UI architecture, interface and interaction flows for new Fire TV experiences.
- Explore and communicate your ideas for new experiences using wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop conceptual models that work across a system of devices.
- Design highly usable digital experiences by rapidly prototyping, testing and iterating on designs with internal partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
- Effectively work with project managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design.
- Be a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-design audiences.
- Write effectively to communicate design rationales and benefits to Client's customers
- Guide a cross-functional team and elevate the culture of UX thinking and design excellence
Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years of design experience.
- An available online portfolio.
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Have work samples demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with product managers and engineers to understand technical requirements and the ability to translate these into user experience requirements.
- Experience working end-to-end with product and developer partners: defining problems and customer experience outcomes, building work-flows and evaluating prototypes.
Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
