Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a UX Writer for an opportunity with a client located in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Write intuitive and engaging micro copy, UI text, and interaction content across digital platforms
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and researchers to ensure copy aligns with the user journey and product goals
• Contribute to and uphold content style guides and voice/tone standards
• Help shape experiences for virtual assistants and conversational UI tools
• Translate complex AI and tech-driven concepts into simple, user-centered language
• Participate in UX research and design thinking activities to ensure user-centric communication

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX writing experience, preferably in digital product environments
• Strong understanding of design principles, design thinking, and client-centric problem-solving
• Proven expertise in short-form content and micro copy for user interfaces
• Experience working closely with UX/UI designers and cross-functional product teams
• Ability to clearly explain content decisions and work in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
• Background in design or experience working within a design team
• Exposure to or interest in AI, LLMs, and conversational interfaces (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant)
• Experience with voice assistants, virtual assistants, or similar emerging technologies
• Familiarity with content strategy frameworks and accessibility best practices
