Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in the financial space, is looking to hire a UX Writer / Content Strategist on a long-term contract basis. The right candidate will have a strong Copywriting and Content Strategy background with core UX skills. This role will work in collaboration with a team of UX and UI designers, UX researchers, accessibility specialists, operations, engineering and product teams.

Skills:

• Execute on Content Strategy for Search experience in support of larger organizational goals and objective.
• Ensure your content uses the proper voice and tone.
• Work with the product management, design and research teams to source or create the right content to educate, motivate and empower users.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and analytics teams to understand user behaviors and uncover new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with our Accessibility team to design a content experience that meets WCAG guidelines.
• Provide content of varying fidelity to product designers to facilitate iterative design.
• Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models.
• Author content in publishing tool.
• Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve product content style guide.
• Support our design system team by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed.

Experience:

• 5+ Years as a Content Strategist / UX Writer
• Financial Experience is a must!
• Mobile Experience is a must!
