Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing look and feel.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project objectives.
• Translate complex concepts and user flows into clear, user-friendly designs.
• Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and asset libraries.
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the final product delivers an optimal user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for various devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
