Vice President of Capital Raising - AI Startup with $5M ARR

Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

With $5M in trailing ARR, 70%+ margins, and a seasoned leadership team (including our CEO with a Stanford PhD and decades of tech innovation), we’re on a clear path to unicorn status. Backed by industry legend Ray Stata (founder of Analog Devices), we’re seeking a VP of Capital Raising to lead our next funding round and drive us toward a $1B+ valuation.

The Role:

As VP of Capital Raising, you’ll own our fundraising strategy to secure the capital needed to achieve unicorn status. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll:

• Design and execute a fundraising roadmap targeting top-tier VCs, angels, and strategic investors.
• Create compelling pitch decks and financial models to showcase our traction and unicorn potential.
• Leverage your own extensive investor network to secure warm introductions to elite firms (e.g., Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia).
• Lead due diligence and negotiate terms to close high-impact deals efficiently.
• Partner with leadership to align capital strategy with our product and market ambitions.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investment banking, ideally in AI/tech.
• Proven track record of closing $5M+ funding rounds, with the vision to secure $50M+ rounds.
• Deep, active network of VC and angel investor relationships you can immediately activate.
• Exceptional communicator who can pitch complex AI solutions to sophisticated audiences.
• Ambitious, strategic, and driven to propel a high-growth startup to unicorn status.
