About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Jack Richeson and Company as a Picker/Packer! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Utilizing tablets and scanners, you will select and pack products, contributing to our reputation for exceptional service and high-quality art materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, inspect, and pack products according to orders.
• Prepare and process less-than truckload (LTL) or ground shipments and orders.
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached and pallets are properly prepared for shipping.
• Maintain clean, neat, and well-organized work areas.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift materials weighing 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for up to 10 hours a day, and perform repetitive wrist and hand movements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions quickly.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure.
