WHAT WE NEED:

We are looking for a Web & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team, taking on a dual role that bridges web development and graphic design. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with expertise in both creating functional, stable websites and crafting visually compelling marketing materials. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence, ensuring consistency between our digital platforms and visual brand identity. S/he will report directly to the Growth Sales Manager and will work cross-functionally with our media, account management, strategic planning, and analytics departments.

The right candidate will bring experience in WordPress, with a specific focus on Elementor, and demonstrate proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and PowerPoint. This position will involve a blend of technical web management and creative graphic design to support marketing and business growth efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Web Design & Development Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain our WordPress website using Elementor
• Monitor website performance to ensure speed, security, and stability; troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly.
• Optimize web pages for SEO and user experience (UX), ensuring mobile responsiveness across all devices.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop new site features or microsites that align with campaigns.
• Conduct regular website updates, content uploads, and visual refreshes to keep the site engaging and aligned with brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design and recommend improvements based on best practices.

Graphic Design & Content Creation Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on, on the spot design support for all Growth pitch presentations.
• Develop visual assets such as whitepapers, infographics, and eBooks for internal and external audiences using Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Create and maintain a digital repository of templates, case studies, and presentation decks for quick and efficient reuse.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding across print and digital channels.
• Assist in video editing and motion graphics, if applicable.

WHO YOU ARE:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience in web design and development (preferably with WordPress and Elementor) and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both web development and graphic design projects.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS (JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
• Experience in cross-collaboration with all departments and levels within a company, as well as vendors and clients
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Work effectively with all personalities
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and have an eye for design
• Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities while still meeting tight deadlines
• Personable, approachable, and well-spoken
• Must be extremely efficient, organized, and resourceful
• Must have strong follow-up skills with solid attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter / entrepreneurial and able to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with many personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential

PREFERRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND (NOT REQUIRED):

• BA or BS degree in a related field
• Agency experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and content management systems.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a bonus.
