PARMA is seeking an entry to mid level Web Designer to join our growing team. As a Web Designer at PARMA, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and maintaining engaging digital experiences that convey the artistic vision of our roster and our brand. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and production teams to maintain and evolve PARMA’s online presence, ensuring that our websites and digital platforms are both visually compelling and functionally seamless.

• Collaborate with the Web Team to design new sites and uphold the branding of artists and music organizations.
• Artist brand development including logos, fonts, colors, idea-boards, etc.
• Build and Maintain WordPress Websites for a diverse roster of music industry clients, including performers and composers.
• Perform Ongoing Updates on our family of record label sites, from routine content refreshes to image preparation and software upgrades.
• Contribute to Content Creation by assisting with blogs, direct email campaigns, and promotional websites.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passion & Creativity : Enthusiasm for music, the arts, and creative problem-solving.
• Technical Skills : Understanding how to design for the Web. Proficiency in WordPress, Photoshop, and spreadsheet tools.
• Design & Branding : Capable of maintaining consistent visual identity across web content.
• Attention to Detail : Highly accurate and organized when working with digital materials.
• Communication & Teamwork : Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working within a remote team.
