Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer to join our client's innovative team focused on creating cutting-edge medical devices. In this role, you will utilize advanced 3D modeling tools to design, develop, and refine medical device products that meet stringent industry standards. Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, you will bring concepts to life while ensuring functionality, precision, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create detailed 3D models and prototypes for medical device products using software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that meet clinical and user needs.
• Conduct design reviews and integrate feedback to refine product concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA requirements).
• Generate technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Work with additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing) to produce prototypes.
• Identify and solve design challenges to enhance product functionality and performance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Maya, or similar).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is a plus.
