Chapman Residential Studio is a boutique architecture firm in Cool Springs, Franklin, TN, specializing in luxury residential home design throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. Our clients include both high-end custom homeowners and speculative home builders, offering an exciting mix of project types.
We're currently seeking a Residential Architectural Designer or Drafter to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing detailed construction documents for designs created by our lead designer. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain well-rounded experience in residential architecture, including regular site visits and potential growth in design responsibilities.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Science, or Architectural Engineering
· Minimum of one year of relevant experience in residential architecture
Skills & Qualities:
· Strong communicator and team player
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
· Understanding of residential construction fundamentals
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to manage time to meet deadlines independently
· Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit
· Lumion experience is a plus, but not required

· This is an in-office position in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area).
