We are looking for Assembly Technician to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire, specializing in safety-critical components for the aerospace and defense industries. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for assembling complex systems used in high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.

We are hosting an open day on the 12th March for you to meet the hiring managers and tour the facility. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to see the machines and learn more!

Key Responsibilities - Assembly Technician:

• Assemble high-precision components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
• Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that all required documentation is completed.

Required Skills & Experience - Assembly Technician:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
