Job Description

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to be based in the Firm’s Mission Viejo office. Exceptional candidates should have experience handling complex and civil litigation matters. Excellent writing and analytical skills, together with experience in drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, motion practice and trial preparation.  Hold an active license to practice law in California and be a member in good standing with the state bar. Fully remote work schedule available. Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
