• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of related experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish (REQUIRED) .
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare-specific systems such as E-Care, Health Connect, or Epic.
