What You’ll Do

• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on track and on budget .
• Handle procurement — from materials and equipment to subcontractor services.
• Review and process submittals, schedules, and project documentation .
• Negotiate proposals with subcontractors and vendors to get the best value.
• Visit job sites to verify design intent, monitor safety, and track progress.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the design team to resolve issues before they become problems.
• Take meeting notes, publish minutes, and keep the team aligned.
• Maintain organized project logs and documentation.
• Assist with contract administration and change order management .

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• A strong work ethic and the drive to learn from the best.
• General understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
