Job Description

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a business analyst
• Associates Degree or higher (prefer business analyst, computer science, engineering)
• Passion for data, analysis, and problem solving
• Experience creating data applications using citizen development tools (Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, sheet joining)
• Experience with at least one programming language (XML, Python, R, Java, C++, etc)

Pluses:

• Experience working in an industrial environment
• Catia or other 3D CAD/CAM software knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and team player Experience with data visualization tools, and technical reporting

Day to Day:

• Be the Business Technology leader in a department of 100 diverse technical team members and assist team members to work with the client's Information Technology and Digital Engineering departments
• Engage with department executives, management, engineers and technicians to create data-driven apps to improve safety, quality, schedule and cost
• Utilize existing IT infrastructure to create systems and platforms: Leverage Sharepoint, Onedrive, and Teams
• Develop, create and maintain low-code/no-code applications built using MS Power Platform including PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Create visually simple reports from complex multi-source datasets
• Manage and report data to stakeholders frequently to support business decisions & kaizen
• Connect business systems like SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to maximize manufacturing insights
• SharePoint site development & maintenance
• Manage and track software license needs within the department
• Interface with corporate and divisional IT groups
