You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. We also may have some limited facility shifts at a premium rate.

· Competitive pay starting at $15.30/hr. for 6mo. to 2 years of experience, $16.00/hr. for 2+ years experience; $16.75/hr. for STNA, and $19.25/hr. for facility shifts. We also have short-shifts that pay higher.

Requirements:Qualifications and Skills:
· At least 6 months of verifiable experience as a caregiver
· Must have reliable transportation with proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
· Must possess excellent communication skills
· Must be proactive and able to work independently
· Pass a criminal background check
· Compassion, maturity and empathy
· Pride in punctuality and reliability
· Must be able to bend and lift with ease
· Okay working with pets is a plus!
