Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As we continue our journey towards excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

Position Overview: As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and ensuring the financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including risk management, cash flow management, and capital allocation.
• Develop integration plans and oversee post-merger integration activities to ensure smooth transitions and maximize value creation.
• Collaborate with other members of the executive team to drive business decisions and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in MSP sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address future challenges and opportunities.
