The Clinician Exchange (TCX) is a clinical concierge organization that delivers tailored commercial solutions for the biopharma industry, both nationally and internationally. We empower biopharma companies by helping them connect with their markets, demonstrate product value, and ultimately ensure that life-saving medicines reach the patients who need them. Our work includes supporting biopharma sales efforts to physicians and providing nurse educators to guide patients and prescribers.

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for Clinical Per Diem Nurse Educators to join our ever-growing team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions educating on behalf of our pharmaceutical and biotech clients!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to medical facilities nationwide to educate clinical staff on product implementation as requested by our medtech clients
• Responsible for the orientation, training, and competency validation of our client’s staff
• Reports to department leadership on progress and effectiveness of education and training efforts to clinical staff
• Make an impact each day with program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives
• Act as brand ambassador for TCX and maintain professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or BSN (RN licensure in good standing in the primary state of residence; compact/multistate licensure strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of the operational requirements of infusion pumps.
• 3+ years of clinical education experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for educating.
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Eager to learn and travel.
• Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology.

We are solely seeking clinicians located in Central and Eastern Time Zones.
