Job Description

Our client, a large financial services company, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Operations Analyst for a long-term, 24+ month contract assignment in either Charlotte, NC or New York, NY. This role is hybrid, with some remote and some in-office days.

The Real Estate Operations team supports commercial real estate investment activities across the platform. The preferred candidate will have solid knowledge of commercial real estate process and operations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supports property and asset management operations among all sectors within the company’s Real Estate division
  • Collaborates within the team to on and offboard investments
  • Works with the team to create an organized document repository system
  • Assist with updates to policies and procedures
  • Monitor requirements for key risk areas, to ensure they are completed fully and on time
  • Assist with contact management and communication protocols with third party property management firms
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Asset Management, Accounting, Legal and various shared service groups
  • Identifies increased efficiencies and organization within real estate processes
  • Liaison between marketing and real estate to ensure communication strategy is effectively executed

Educational Requirements

  • 4 year degree, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field of study

Work Experience

  • 3-5+ years within commercial real estate operations
  • Strong and proven analytical skills

Pay Range: $53.15 - $55.15 per hour, commensurate with experience.
