Role Description

12 Guage Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager on site in Madison, WI. The Construction Project Manager role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. If you are a great communicator, strong leader and highly organized, our collaborative team and incredible customers are waiting for you. Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, budgeting, coordination of communication and more as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management and Project Management
• Skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are beneficial
