San Francisco’s leading and most established home staging company seeking an experienced CREATIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR to lead the design team, provide creative direction and manage/develop client relationships. JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Creative Managing Director, your responsibilities will be the following:
- as the face of our San Francisco branch, you will be required to attend all sales meetings for potential jobs with both new and existing clients
- work directly with our remote Operations Manager & SF Team Lead to manage daily operations of our SF branch
- attend all in-person client meetings and provide walk-through notes to put together proposals
- work with our remote Operations Manager to coordinate scheduling of both installations and removals
- source and purchase all inventory as needed for upcoming staging installations
- curate and maintain high-end inventory
- work with our design team daily on staging installations and assist onsite as needed
- be available as a resource to our SF Team as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role/field
- sophisticated understanding of interior design & inventory sourcing
- sales experience in a similar or comparable role
- managerial experience running a team
- ideally, candidate would have a degree in interior design or related field
