Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

At KBBH, your work will have a direct impact on creating a healthy and safe environment for everyone who walks through our doors. You will be an essential part of a dynamic, community-focused organization where you are valued and your work matters. Most work is performed indoors but may require some outdoor work sweeping walkways, emptying outside trash receptacles, washing windows or doors, and bringing trash to the dumpsters.
