Clayton Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in Houston. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring accurate order processing, and assisting the Sales Team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $23-$25/hour

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, professional support to customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries quickly and effectively.
• Send daily order tracking updates to keep customers informed and ensure transparency.
• Verify purchase order details against sales quotes and sales orders, updating records for accuracy.
• Process returns and process credits efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Answer incoming customer calls and route them to the appropriate team member or department.
• Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, follow-up communications, and internal coordination.
• Collaborate with operations and scheduling teams to support seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues promptly.

Customer Service Representative Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related support role preferred
• Familiarity with order processing or CRM/ERP systems is a plus
