Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with a background in warehouse or automotive environments to support the order and rental process. This role involves coordinating orders, managing inventory, assisting walk-in customers, and supporting the shop team. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound inquiries via phone (approx. 10/day), email, and in person (approx. 10 walk-ins/week)
• Assist customers with orders, troubleshooting, and loading equipment (forklift/semi-truck use as needed)
• Order and track parts, maintain accurate inventory, and support inter-site coordination
• Use Rental Results to manage rentals, returns, and order logistics
• Support service technicians and collaborate with 3 mechanics on work orders
• Assist with contract updates, billing, documentation, and compiling reports
• Conduct warehouse inspections and provide shop support as needed
