Job Description

This is an on-site role in Seattle .

Pay Range: $82/hr - $91/hr​

This role will contribute to the below

  • Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces
  • Common query and function review, analysis and creation
  • Data validation and hygiene - investigations into ongoing data misunderstanding corresponding data engineering solutions
  • Maintenance, integrity, and availability of common views and Kusto functions
  • Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for agency IT architectures, and profiles of standards as they apply to the implementation and specific to the solution for the platform, integration with other systems, and the external interfaces
  • Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action
  • Provides daily supervision and direction to staff

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.
  • Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field is required to be eligible for this role. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages
  • Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients
  • Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations
  • Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments
  • Experience with Python, Synapse, Kusto, Databricks, Data Pipelines, SQL

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $82/hr - $91/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
